GAWAD KALINGA

Gawad Kalinga (GK) is a non-stock, non-profit organization that aims to uplift the quality of life of the Filipino by providing shelter, health services, education, livelihood and community empowerment programs to the poor. It targets to build 700,000 homes in 7,000 communities in 7 years. Its international arm is ANCOP Foundation and issues charitable donation tax receipt. As part of NaFFAA’s thrust of assistance to the Philippines, NaFFAA chapters and members are encouraged to participate in GK projects.
